At Alimah Insights, we are committed to providing high-quality Islamic education and counseling services. Please review our refund and cancellation policies below before making a purchase.
1. Course Refunds
Courses are non-refundable once accessed, downloaded, or viewed.
A full refund is available only if:
- You cancel 24 hours or more before the scheduled course start time, AND
- The course content has not been accessed in any way
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the course start time are not eligible for a refund.
All course materials, including videos, articles, and downloadable content, are protected by copyright law and intended for personal educational use only.
2. Counseling Session Refunds
Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled counseling or advisory session for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund
- No-shows are considered non-refundable
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions for unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
3. How to Request a Refund

- Your full name
- Email address used for purchase
- Course or session name
- Reason for refund request
Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days.
4. Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.
